───霊の導きを受けていることは私にも分かりますし、そのレベルの高さも分かるのですが、分からないのは、その導きの源が普遍的な始源なのか、それとも特定の指導霊なのかという点です。祈りまたは瞑想によってその出所を確かめる方法はあるのでしょうか。

よく引用される諺をまた使用させていただきましょうか。
〝師は弟子に合わせて法を説く〟 と言います。
これがご質問への答えにならないでしょうか。
このようなことにこだわってはいけません。
すべての導きは宇宙の大霊すなわち神から来ます。神庁から派遣される霊、およびあなたと霊的近親関係にある高級霊が、あなたが地上へ誕生する前から付いてくれているのです。
必ずしも姿を見せるとは限りませんが、霊によってはきちんと姿を見せて地上での仕事について相談し、よく納得してから誕生させる場合もあります。
その霊を何と呼ばれても結構です。
今もちゃんと控えて下さっています。
側を離れることはありません。
（九巻の解説≪〝霊がすぐ側にいる〟ということの意味≫参照）。その仕事は聖書（詩篇）にある通りです───〝神は天使を遣わして汝を守り、すべての面倒を見させ給う〟
いずれも光り輝く存在です。
それぞれの受け持ちの人間を取り囲み、保護と指導と援助という、みずから課した責任の遂行に当たります。
その最後の目標は霊的発達を促すための道へ導くことです。
それは容易なことではありません。
岩や石ころだらけです。
しかも見慣れた景色を後にするにつれて、ますます困難さを増していくものです。
（同じことを別のところで〝霊的理解が深まるにつれて、ますます孤独感が増していくものです〟と表現している───訳者）
しかし、低く沈むだけ、それだけ高く上がることもできるのです。
志は無限に高くもつことができます。完全というのは、いつかどこかで達成される性質の過程ではありません。
到達せんとする過程の無限の連続です。
霊の褒章を手に入れたければ、それなりの犠牲を払う覚悟がなくてはなりません。
しかし、いったん手に入れたら二度と失うことはありません。
私たちには人間世界の困難な事情、問題、そして欲求のすべてをよく理解しております。
物的な世界に住んでおられるのだということを十分認識しております。
そこで、奉仕的な仕事に打ち込んでおられる方が食べるものや飲むものに事欠くことのないように、その供給源との連絡を取りもっております。
必要最小限のものは必ず手に入ります。
皆さんだけでなく、お会いする人すべてに申し上げていることは、人間としての最善を尽くしてさえいればよろしいと言うことです。
それ以上のものは要求しません。たとえ倒れてもまた立ちあがることができるのです。

All guidance comes from the spirit of the universe, God. The spirits sent by the shrine and the high-class spirits who have a spiritual close relationship with you have been with you even before you were born on earth.
It doesn't always show up, but depending on the spirit, it may show up properly, consult about work on the ground, and be born after being well convinced. It doesn't matter what you call that spirit. He is still refraining from it.

Both are shining beings. It surrounds each person in charge and fulfills their own responsibilities of protection, guidance and assistance. Its final goal is to lead the way to promoting spiritual development. It's not easy. It is full of rocks and stones. Moreover, it becomes more and more difficult as you leave the familiar scenery behind.

However, the lower it sinks, the higher it can rise. Aspirations can be infinitely high. Perfection is not a process of nature that will be achieved someday. It is an infinite continuum of the process of reaching.
If you want to get the reward of the spirit, you have to be prepared to make a reasonable sacrifice. But once you get it, you will never lose it.
We understand all the difficult circumstances, problems and desires of the human world. We are fully aware that we live in a physical world.
Therefore, we keep in touch with the source so that those who are devoted to their service work will not run out of food and drink. You will always get the minimum required.
What I am saying to everyone I meet, not just you, is that you only have to do your best as a human being. No more is required. Even if you fall down, you can stand up again.
