毎朝の到来が素敵な機会の前触れです。
霊的並びに精神的にわくわくする体験をもたらしてくれます。
毎朝、新しい世界が誕生しているのです。
大いなる気持ちで迎えることです。
そして一日が終わって、
これから一時的にその肉体を離れる（眠る）前に、
今日一日のうちに人のために役立つ機会をいただいたことを
大霊に感謝すると同時に、
自分の行なったことに間違いがなかったことを祈ることです。
もしも明らかに間違っていたと思われることがあれば、
もう一度やり直す機会を下さるようにお願いすることです。
失敗を恐れる必要はありません。
転ぶということは、
もう一度立ち上がることができるということです。
一度も転んだことのない人は、
真っすぐに立つということがどういうものかを知らない人です。
