霊界と地上とが水も漏らさぬように区別されているのではありません。互いに融合し合い調和し合っています。死ぬということは物的身体による認識をやめて霊的身体によって魂の別の側面を表現し始めるということに過ぎません。
あなた方が直面する悩みごとは私にもよく分かっております。しかし霊的知識を有する者はそれを正しく運用して、物的要素に偏らないようにならなければなりません。霊的要素の方に比重を置かなければいけないということです。
正しい視野に立って考察すれば、焦点を正しく定めれば、日常生活での心の姿勢さえ正しければ、物的要素に対して最小限度の考慮を払い、決して偏ることはないでしょう。そうなれば霊的自我が意のままに働いてあなたを支配し、生活全体を変革せしめるほどの霊力が漲り、ついには物的要素に絶対に動かされない段階にまで到達することでしょう。
永遠なるものを日常の出来ごとを基準にして判断しても駄目です。あなた方はとかく日常の精神によって色づけされた判断、つまり自分を取りまく環境によって判断を下しがちです。
そして、それまで成就してきた成果の方は忘れがちですが、これは物質の中に閉じ込められ、朝目を覚ました瞬間から夜寝るまで日常的問題に追いまくられているからです。
今と昔を較べるために過去のページを繙いてごらんなさい。そこに背後霊による指導のあとがありありと窺えるはずです。霊的知識に恵まれた者は決して首をうなだれることなく、脇目も振らず前向きに進めるようでなくてはなりません。背後霊は決して見捨てないことをご存じのはずです。
人間が神に背を向けることはあっても、神は決して人間に背を向けることはありません。無限の可能性を秘めたこの大宇宙の摂理と調和した生活を営んでさえいれば、必要な援助は必ず授かります。これは決して忘れてはならない大切な真理です。
霊の世界の存在を知った者は、より大きな生活の場をかいま見たことになります。宇宙の構造の内奥に触れたが故に無責任なことができなくなります。置かれた世界に対する義務と責任をいっそう自覚するからです。決してそれを疎かにせず、また物的なことに心を奪われたり偏ったりすることもありません。
安全も援助も全て〝霊〟の中に見出すことができます。地上の全ての物的存在も、あなた方の身体も、霊の顕現であるからこそ存在し得るのです。
この真理があなたの生活を支配しはじめた時、それに伴う内的静寂と冷静さが生まれ、日常生活の一つひとつに正しい認識を持つことができるようになります。あほらしく思えていい加減に処理したり、義務を怠るようになると言っているのではありません。
私が申し上げたいのは、そうした知識を手にした人でも、ややもすると日常生活の基盤である霊的真相を忘れてしまいがちであるということです。
霊的な目で日常生活を眺め、その背後に霊的基盤があることを忘れずにいれば、最大の敵であるところの取り越し苦労と決別できるようになります。知識は我身を守る鎧です。不安は魂を蝕み錆つかせます。
もしも神が私に何か一つあなた方へプレゼントすることを許されたとしたら、私が何よりも差し上げたいと思うのは〝霊的視力〟です。この薄暗い地上に生きておられるあなた方を私は心からお気の毒に思うのです。
あなた方は身の回りの見えざる世界の輝きがどれほど素晴らしいものかをご存知ない。宇宙の美しさがご覧になれない。物質という霧が全てを遮断しています。
