それはまず、地上の人間の霊的向上を指向し規制する摂理を教える使命を帯びた者が、地上へ舞い戻ってくるということから始まります。つまり宗教の本来の目的は、人間の霊性に関わっているからです。
そこから出発し、ではその霊性を正しく発達させる上で、霊界からの指導を受けるにはどうすべきかを説くのが、宗教の次の仕事です。霊的摂理は広範囲にわたっております。
ところが、それが不幸して誤って解釈され、その上、それとは別の意図を持った聖職者が割り込んできたために、そこに混乱が生じたのです。
人間も根本的には霊であり、それが肉体を使用しているのであって付属品として霊を宿した肉体的存在ではないわけです。肉体は霊に従属しているのです。地上生活の全目的は、その内在する霊に修業の場を与え、さまざまな体験を通じてそれを育み、死によってもたらされる肉体からの解放の時に備えて、身支度をさせることにあります。
そこから本当の意味での〝生活〟が始まるのです。宗教とは、霊が霊として本来の生活ができるように指導するための処世訓であり、道徳律であると言えます。
ところが不幸にして、古い時代 （イエスの時代の少し後） に、霊の道具である霊媒と聖職者との間に衝突が生じたのです。聖職者の本来の仕事は、聖堂や教会といった宗教的行事の執り行われる建造物の管理でした。
原初形態においては両者の関係はうまく行っておりました。が、ある時代から聖職者の方が、紳示（霊界通信）を受ける霊媒にばかり関心をむけられることに不快感を抱くようになりました。
そしてそれまでに入手した神示を資料として、信条・儀式・祭礼・ドグマ・教説等を分類して綱領をこしらえる、いわゆる神学的操作を始めたのです。今日まで引き継がれているもののうち、どれ一つとして霊の資質と実質的に関わりのあるものはありません。
かくして、真の宗教の概念が、今日では曖昧となってしまいした。宗教というと何かお決まりの儀式のことを思い浮かべ〝聖典〟と呼ばれるものを読み上げることと考え、賛美歌を歌い、特別の衣装を着ることだと思うようになりました。何やら難しい言説を有り難く信奉し、理性的に考えれば絶対におかしいと思いつつも、なおそれにしがみつきます。

私たちはいかなる神学、いかなる教義、いかなる信仰告白文にも関心はありません。私たちが関心を持つのは人間の霊性であり、私たちの説くこともすべて、絶対的に従わねばならないところの霊的自然法則に向けられています。人間がこしらえたものを崇めるわけにはいきません。
宇宙の大霊によって作られたもののみを実在として信じます。そこに、宗教の捉え方の違いの核心があります。
人のために役立つ行為、霊性に動かされた行為、無私と利他的行為、自分より恵まれない人へ手を差し伸べること、弱き者へ力を貸してあげること、多くの重荷に喘ぐ人の荷を一つでも持ってあげること、こうした行為こそが私たちの説く宗教です。

バイブルを読んでも（キリスト教）、タルムードを読んでも（ユダヤ教）、コーランを読んでも（イスラム教）、バカバット・ギ―タ―を読んでも（ヒンズー教）、その他、いかなる聖なる書と呼ばれているものを、目が疲れるほど読んでも、それだけで霊性が成長するわけではありません。
〝宗教的〟とみなされている行事のすべてを行っても、それによって一段と価値ある人生へ魂を鼓舞することにならなければ、私たちが考えている意味での宗教的人間になるわけではありません。
肩書（ラベル）はどうでもいいのです。形式はどうでもいいのです。口先だけの文句はどうでもいいのです。大切なのは〝行為〟です。どういうことをしているかです。つまり各自の日常の生活そのものです。
私たちは因果律という絶対的な摂理を説きます。つまり誰一人として神の摂理のウラをかくことはできません。ごまかすことはできません。自分が自分の救い主であり、贖い主であり、自分の過ちには自分が罰を受け、善行に対する報酬も自分が受けると説くのです。
また、神の摂理は機械的に機能し、自動的に作用すると説きます。すなわち、親切・寛容・同情・奉仕の行為が自動的に、それ相応の結果をもたらして霊性を高め、反対に利己主義・罪悪・不寛容の精神は自動的に霊性を下げます。この法則は変えようにも変えられないのです。みっともない執行猶予も、安価な赦免もありません。

神の公正が全宇宙に行きわたっております。霊的な小人が巨人のふりをしてもごまかせません。死後の床での悔い改めも通用しません。
巨大なる宇宙の中で生じるもの全てに責任を持つ大霊の、不変にして絶対的威力を有する摂理に目を向けましょう。私は常にその摂理を念頭に置いています。
