「その病気を追い出してしまいなさい。

自分は絶対に病気にはならないのだと自分に言い聞かせるのです。

質問ーそのことを考えたことはあります。 やはり病気は自分で治せるのでしょうか。

「治せるだけでなく、げんに治しております。

魂の優位を主張し、肉体という下等なものによって束縛され抑えられることを拒否することによって病気を追い払うのです。

身体を従者にするのです。主人にしてはなりません。

誰にでも出来ることです。

ですが、大部分の人間は頭から出来ないものと思い込んでいます。

だから出来ないのです。

肉体は精神の従僕です。

精神は肉体に隷属しているのではありません。

肉体は束の間の存在であり精神は永遠の存在です。

　　　　　肉体はいずれ朽ち果てます。

精神が宿っている間だけ現在の形態を維持している一時的な存在です。

それがその人ではありません。

その人の表現体であり、道具であり、地上で認識してもらうための手段です。

その肉体が精神によって歩きまわることを教わり、筋肉を動かすことを教わり、血液を循環させることを教わり、心臓を鼓動させることを教わり、内臓の全ての機能を働かせることを教わったごとくに、こんどはその（リズムを狂わせている）機能に本来のリズムを取り戻させることによって病気や疾患や異常を無くしてしまうことができるはずなのです」

質問ーということは誰でも自分で健康を回復できるということでしょうか。

　「まさにその通りです。

ただしそのためには〝自分は神である。

無限の創造活動の一部を担う存在である。

全生命への責任を担う霊的存在である。

本来は完全なる霊なのだ〟と宣言できる段階まで悟りができなくてはなりません」

Question-I've thought about that. Can I cure the illness myself?

"Not only can it be cured, but it is also cured.
It drives away illness by claiming soul dominance and refusing to be bound and suppressed by the lower things of the body.
Make your body a servant. Don't be your master.
Anyone can do it.
However, most humans believe that they cannot do it from their heads.
That's why you can't.
The body is a servant of the spirit.
The mind is not enslaved to the body.
The body is a fleeting being and the mind is an eternal being.
The body will eventually decay.
It is a temporary being that maintains its current form only while the spirit dwells.
That is not that person.
It is a person's expression, a tool, and a means to be recognized on the ground.
I was taught that the body walks by the rhythm, that I was taught to move muscles, that I was taught to circulate blood, that I was taught to beat the heart, and that I was taught to work all the functions of internal organs. It should be possible to eliminate illnesses, illnesses and abnormalities by restoring the original rhythm to its (disturbing) function. "
