私たちは決して地上世界がやっていることをこれで良いと思っているわけではありません。
もし満足しておれば、こうして戻って来て、失われてしまった教えを改めて説くようなことはいたしません。
私どもは地上人類は完全に道を間違えたという認識に立っております。
そこで、何とかしてまともな道に引き戻そうとしているところです。
しかし地上には幾十億と知れぬ人間がおり、みな成長段階も違えば進歩の速度も違い、進化の程度も違います。
すべての者に一様に当てはめられる型にはまった法則、物的ものさし、といったものはありません。
固定した尺度を用いれば、ある者には厳しすぎ、ある者には厳しさが足りないということになるからです。
殺人者に適用すべき法律は、およそ犯罪と縁のない人間には何の係りもありません。
かくして人間それぞれに、それまでに到達した成長段階があるということを考慮すれば、それを無視して独断的に規準をもうけることは許されないことになります。
前にも述べましたように、神は人間各自にけっして誤まることのない判断の指標、すなわち道義心というものを与えています。
その高さはそれまでに到達した成長の度合いによって定まります。
あなた方が地上生活のいかなる段階にあろうと、いかなる事態に遭遇しようと、それがいかに複雑なものであろうと、各自の取るべき手段を判断する力───それが自分にとって正しいか間違っているかを見分ける力は例外なく具わっております。
あなたにとっては正しいことも、他の人にとっては間違ったことであることがあります。
なぜなら、あなたとその人とは霊的進化のレベルが違うからです。
徴兵を拒否した人の方が軍人より進化の程度のおいて高いこともありますし低いこともあります。
しかし、互いに正反対の考えをしながらも、両方ともそれなりに正しいということも有りうるのです。
個々の人間が自分の動機に従って決断すればそれでよいのです。
すべての言いわけ、すべての恐れや卑怯な考えを棄てて自分一人になりきり、それまでの自分の霊的進化によって培われた良心の声に耳を傾ければよいのです。
その声はけっして誤まることはありません。けっしてよろめくこともありません。
瞬間的に回答を出します。
（人間的煩悩によって）その声がかき消されることはあります。
押し殺されることはあります。
無視されることもあります。
うまい理屈や弁解や言いわけでごまかされることもあります。
しかし私は断言します。
良心は何時も正しい判決を下しています。
それは魂に宿る神の声であり、あなたの絶対に誤まることのない判断基準です。
私たちに反論する人たち、特にローマカトリック教会の人たちは、私たちが自殺を容認している───臆病な自殺者を英雄または殉教者と同等に扱っていると非難します。
が、それは見当違いというものです。私たちは変えようにも変えられない自然法則の存在を認めると同時に、同じ自殺行為でも進化の程度によってその意味が異なると観ているのです。

そういう人を卑怯な臆病者と同じレベルで扱ってはなりません。
大切なのは〝動機〟です。

You can be killed. It may be ignored. It can be fooled by good reasoning, excuses and excuses. But I affirm. The conscience always makes the right decision. It is the voice of God in your soul and your absolute unmistakable criterion.
