　私はかつて地上で何年も生活し、こちらへ来てからも（三次元の世界の数え方で言えば）何千年もの歳月を過ごしてきましたが、向上すればするほど宇宙の全機構を包括し大小あらゆる出来ごとを支配する大自然の摂理の見事さに驚嘆するばかりです。
その結果しみじみと思い知らされていることは、知識を獲得し魂が目覚め霊的実相を悟るということは最後はみな一人でやらねばならない──自らの力で〝ゲッセマネの園〟に踏み入り、そして〝変容の丘〟に登らねばならないのだということです。（第二章参照）

　悟りの道に近道はありません。代わりの手段もありません。安易な道を見つけるための祈りも儀式も教義も聖典もありません。いくら神聖視されているものであっても、そんな出来合いの手段では駄目なのです。師であろうと弟子であろうと新米であろうと、それも関係ありません。

悟りは悪戦苦闘の中で得られるものです。それ以外に魂が目覚める手段はないのです。私がこんなことを説くのは説教者ヅラをしたいからではありません。これまでに自分が学んだことを少しでもお教えしたいと望むからにほかなりません。

　さらに私は、一見矛盾するかに思えるかもしれませんが、人のために役立ちたいと望む人々、自分より恵まれない人々──病める人、肉親を失える人、絶望の淵にいる人、人生の重荷に耐えかねている人、疲れ果て、さ迷い、生きる目的を見失える人、等々に手を差しのべたいという願望に燃える人──要するに何らかの形で人類の福祉に貢献したいと思っている人が挫折しかけた時は、必ずやその背後に霊界からの援助の手が差し伸べられるということも知っております。

　時には万策尽き、これにて万事休すと諦めかけた、その最後の一瞬に救いの手が差し伸べられることがあります。霊的知識を授かった者は、いかなる苦境にあっても、その全生命活動の根源である霊的実相についての知識が生み出す内なる冷静、不動の静寂、千万人といえども我れ行かんの気概を失うようなことがあってはなりません。

　その奇特な意気に感じて訪れてくるのは血のつながった親類縁者──その人の死があなた方に死後の存続に目を開かせた霊たち── ばかりではありません。あなた方が地上という物質界へ再生してくるに際して神からその守護の役を命ぜられ、誕生の瞬間よりこの方ずっと見守り指導してきた霊もおります。

そのおかげでどれほどの成果が得られたか、それはあなた方自身には測り知ることはできません。しかし分からないながらも、その体験は確実にあなた方自身の魂と同時に、あなた方を救ってあげた人々の魂にも消えることのない影響を及ぼしております。

そのことを大いに誇りに思うがよろしい。他人への貢献の機会を与えて下さったことに関し、神に感謝すべきです。人間としてこれほど実り多い仕事は他にありません。

　愚にもつかぬ嫉妬心や他愛ない意地悪から出る言葉を気にしてはなりません。そのようなものはあなた方の方から心のスキを与えない限り絶対に入り込めないように守られております。霊の力は避難所であり、霊の愛は聖域であり、霊の叡知は安息所です。イザという時はそれを求めるがよろしい。

人間の心には裏切られることがありますが、霊は決して裏切りません。たとえ目には見えなくても常に導きを怠ることなく、愛の手があなた方のまわりにあることを忘れないでください。

　私としては、たった一言であっても、私の述べたことの中にあなた方の励みになり元気づけ感動させるものを見出していただければ、もうそれだけで嬉しいのです。私たちに必要なのは霊の道具となるべきあなた方です。豪華なビルや教会や寺院や会館ではありません。

それはそれなりの機能があることは認めますが、霊の力はそんな〝建物〟に宿るのではありません。〝人間〟を通して授けられるのであり、顕幽の巨大な連絡網のつなぎ手として掛けがえのない大切なものです。その道具たらんとして謙虚に一身を擲（ﾅｹﾞｳ）ってくれる人間一人の方が、そうした建造物全部よりも遥かに大切です。頑張ってください。

そしてこれからも機会を逃さず人のため、人のため、という心掛けを忘れないで下さい。世間の拍手喝さいを求めてはなりません。この世に生れてきたそもそもの目的を果たしているのだという自覚を持ち、地上に別れを告げる時が来た時に何一つ思い残すことのないよう、精一杯努力して下さい。

I used to live on earth for years and have spent thousands of years (in terms of counting the three-dimensional world) since I came here, but the better I get, the more the whole mechanism of the universe I am just amazed at the magnificence of nature's providence, which governs all events, large and small.


As a result, what is known to be informed is that the acquisition of knowledge, the awakening of the soul, and the realization of the spiritual reality must all be done by one person at the end-stepping into the "Gethsemane Garden" by oneself, and It means that you have to climb the "Hill of Transformation". (See Chapter 2)


There is no shortcut to the path of enlightenment. There is no alternative. There are no prayers, rituals, doctrines, or scriptures to find an easy path. No matter how sacred it may be, such a ready-made method is useless. It doesn't matter if you're a teacher, a disciple, or a newcomer.


Enlightenment is gained in a struggle. There is no other way for the soul to awaken. I preach this not because I want to be a preacher. It's just because I want to teach you what I've learned so far.


Moreover, I may seem contradictory, but those who want to help others, those who are less fortunate than me-the ones who are sick, the ones who lose relatives, the ones who are in despair, the ones who live. Those who cannot bear the burden of human beings, those who are exhausted, lost, those who lose sight of the purpose of life, etc. We also know that whenever a person is about to be frustrated, a hand of help from the spiritual world will be reached behind it.


Sometimes all the measures were exhausted, and I was about to give up when I took a rest, and in the last moment I could reach out to help. Those who have been given spiritual knowledge, no matter what the predicament, are the inner calm, immovable silence, and even 10 million people who are created by the knowledge of the spiritual reality that is the source of all life activities. You must not lose your spirit.


It is not only the blood-related relatives who come with that strange spirit-the spirits whose death has opened your eyes to their survival after death-. There are spirits who have been commanded by God to protect you when you regenerate into the physical world of the earth, and have been watching over and guiding you since the moment of birth.


You cannot measure how much you have achieved because of it. But, unknowingly, the experience certainly has an indelible effect on your own soul as well as on the souls of those who have saved you.


I'm very proud of that. We should thank God for giving us the opportunity to contribute to others. No other job is as fruitful as a human being.


Don't worry about the words that come from unscrupulous jealousy and lonely meanness. Such things are protected from entering unless you give them a heartfelt feeling. Spiritual power is a shelter, spiritual love is a sanctuary, and spiritual wisdom is a haven. When you say Isa, you should ask for it.


The human mind can betray, but the spirit never betrays. Remember that the hands of love are around you, always guiding you, even if you are invisible.


For me, I would be happy if you could find something that encourages, encourages, and impresses you in what I have said, even if it is just one word. What we need is you who should be spiritual tools. It is not a luxurious building, church, temple or hall.


I admit that it has some function, but the power of the spirit does not reside in such a "building". It is bestowed through "human beings" and is an irreplaceable and important linker of the huge communication network of the ghost. One person who humbly squeezes himself as a tool is far more important than all such structures. Please do your best.


And don't miss the opportunity to keep in mind that it is for people and for people. Don't ask for the applause of the world. Be aware that you are fulfilling the original purpose of being born in this world, and do your best not to forget anything when it is time to say goodbye to the earth.
