シアトルの冬 明治維新１５０年

今年は明治維新１５０周年なのですね。

１５０年も経ったのかとも思うし、たった１５０年しか経ていないのかとも思ったりもします。

この時代列強と称される腕白者共が己が利益の為に、弱い他国を植民地にし日本にも手もだし、口も出して来たけれど，北方の一部はロシアにかすめ取られたりもしたけれど，植民地にされることはありませんでした。

言うなれば彼らにとって日本を植民地にしてもメリットがないと見たかもしれないけれど，日本の民度と自衛力は侮れぬものがあったといえそうです。

そして私たちはこの歴史から何を学びますかね。

ひたすら国を思い民を思って奔走した、心を学びたいと思います。


This year is the 150th anniversary of the Meiji Restoration.
I think already 150 years have  passed another hand I think that is only 150 years ago.
In this period era brutal nomenclature called the power was  colonized small humble  countries, they came over to Japan also tried intervene this way that way so a part of the northern part was stolen by Russia. It was dangerous but  never colonized.
In other words,  may  be not so beneficial for them to colonize Japan, but it seems undecided about Japanese civilization and self-defense capabilities.
And what do we learn from this history?
I just wanted to learn the mind, thinking of the country, thinking about the people.
